Last month, JotForm unveiled their web form design contest with a grand prize of $7500 and lots of additional prizes. Now, the winners have been announced – their winning forms are a great source of inspiration for the forms you may be adding to your own website! And not only that – if you fell in love with a particular design, you may be able to purchase it for your own use.
Here’s the winners list:
Best Mobile Form Design Award: Nicholas Minnich
Best Survey Design Award: Fortunato Yurong
Best Contact Form Design Award: Andrey Berestovoy
Best eCommerce Form Design Award: Stuart Brook
Worst Form Design Award: Raymark Tamang (make sure you click through to see this thing animate!)
User’s Choice Award: Donna Navarrete
Best Form Design Award: Jenn Schlick
Many of the winners’ forms, as well as other entries to the contest, are now available for purchase in JotForm’s new Theme Store. The new store is a great opportunity for web designers and webmasters alike – designers can create their own forms to list in the store and earn money anytime they sell, and webmasters have a goldmine of well-designed forms at their fingertips.
Designerly congratulates all the talented winners of JotForm’s form design contest!
